600 machines have been sold worldwide and the market is growing strongly. All these customers need cartridges over and over again for coloring and finish the parts. 

  • Customers still order by order forms and phone; DyeMansion was looking for a solution to automate these processes.

The solution

DyeMansion already uses Salesforce for sales and service processes. The B2B all-in-one platform OrderCentral was a suitable extension. OrderCentral offers an order module with its own environment for each customer, with options for personal pricing. DyeMansion can quickly get started with OrderCentral thanks to its Salesforce know-how. 

The results

  • OrderCentral was first unrolled to a small group of customers. They like to be able to order quickly via the webshop.
  • Customers can create a favorites list and comment on the order. 
  • Colleagues and management are happy with the solution: the investment is well in proportion to the results.
